
As we all know, PowerPoint has become the favorite application for presentation purposes. In business world, where there are so many presentation sessions on it, PowerPoint is the most-mastered application. If you are an employee of a big company, and only knew a little about this application, well, I suggest you to learn about it as soon as possible. Just to prepare if suddenly your new boss ask you to make a presentation task, so that you will be able to do it best.
The basic thing you have to do to make a PowerPoint slideshow, is deciding the title of your Slide. When you open a new PowerPoint file, you will see two boxes on the page. Type your title on it. Then you can easily adding the pages you want by clicking on the Insert top menu, and choose New Slide. Or in the default setting, you can also see the New Slide button on the menu bar above the page. You can use the templates to make it more interesting, just by choosing the slide layout options on the right sidebar.
After you have finished typing all the topic’s materials on the pages, you can play the slides to see the result. To do this, click on Slide Show Top Menu, and choose View Show. Or to make it easier, you can also use the F5 shortcut to operate it. And now, at least you know the basic operation of the PowerPoint.
