    designing powerpoint

The Microsoft PowerPoint has served us with many templates that we can use. If we feel many people already use the same templates and we need something that able to differentiate our presentation from others, then we can design our own templates. We can start to design our templates by choosing the Standard toolbar and click the New option. If we cannot find the Standard toolbar then we can open it by click the View menu, click the Toolbar option, then choose the toolbar we need.

The second step we must do is switching the page to Master page by choosing View menu and select Master, and then we can click Slide Master. Slide Master is a slide that saves data about templates, with that way, on the Slide Master we can start to design our templates. There, we can change the background by choosing Format then click the Background option. Changing color schemes can be done by click the Format menu, go to Slide Design and Color Schemes. We can go to Format menu the click Font if we want to customize the font.  To add picture and change the placeholder, we just need to choose the Drawing and Placeholder toolbar.

If we already done with the designing, we can save it by click the Normal View option, go to File menu and choose Save As. Do not forget to rename our template and choose design templates type then click Save. With the easy ways to design templates, we can explore our creativity and customize our presentation.
