That’s why, many people who knowing this fact have included the sounds into their PowerPoint presentation pages, aiming to make audiences more interested about the topic. To put sounds at PowerPoint is easy. First, choose the page you like to put this on, then click the Insert Button at the top menu, pick the Movies & Sounds option. Here, you will allowed to choose, play the sound from a CD, record your own sound or pick sound from the computer’s file. If you want to get the sound from computer’s file, choose the “Sound from File”. At this time the file browser window appeared. Get your sound folder, and pick the sound you want, and click OK.
For your information, the smaller this sound file’s size, then it would be easier for you to embed it. But if the file has a big size, you must adjust the “Link sound with file size greater than” setting that is located in Tools top-menu, Options, and pick General. After all, have a nice presentation.
