
As we all know in the power point, the hyperlink is used to directing the viewer to the others files on the computer. For you who have really experienced in power point application, maybe it is easy for you to add hyperlink on your slideshow pages. But, you are a beginner user and still cannot figure out how to link it all while you only have a little time to finish it, then this could be your great-problem-of-the-week. It would be embarrassing if your boss and colleagues knew about this little secret. To avoid this happened at you, here I’d like to tell you how.
At the main page, you can open a new task or open the existing task, then pick the slide you want to link. Select the object (usually people used the button shape objects) or text that you like it to become the “hotspot”, and click on the Insert menu or Tabs, if in case you are using the PowerPoint 2007. Pick the Hyperlink option.
In this part, you will be given optional, if you want to link to a website, then enter the URL, but if you want to link a file on the computer, click on the Document, and select the file you want to. Then finally click “OK” button. Easy, isn’t it? Now you know what to do whenever you are in such problem.
