Animation in our PowerPoint presentation can gives us various advantages. It can be our attractive opening, a tool to grab the audience’s attention and a smart way to give clear explanation about our presentation material. No special technique is needed to add animation in our PowerPoint. We only need to do the six simple steps
When we are in the PowerPoint page, we can directly select the “Slide Transition” menu and apply the automatic setting to all sides. The next step we can do is drawing a picture using the AutoShapes and when we able to do it, we can create other advance picture. If we have the picture, we can copy and paste it to the slide we want. To get the proper placement and size, we can adjust the picture. The last thing we can do is checking whether the movement between slides is not too large.
If we are choosing to add animation on the master slide, we can start it by choosing the View menu, select Master and Slide Master. When we want a simple animation, we need to go to Insert menu, choose Movies and Sound then click Movie From File if we have our own file. If we have made a selection, we can place it to the slide we want. The animation can also serve with some effects. We can add background, shadows, and some other effects depend on our taste.
